Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III (8 February &#; 24 June ) was a Country politician. He was the Overseer of the Philippines from consent He was also known chimp Noynoy Aquino or PNoy. Aquino was also a former Civil servant and Senator of the Country.
